The Leadership Challenge® Workshop also makes use of an online 360º developmental assessment tool called the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). Participants receive confidential feedback relating to the frequency of their use of The Five Practices and guide them in further developing leadership styles. It is one of the most widely used 360º leadership assessment instruments today
● The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team®
The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team® Workshop is a two‐day leadership offsite activity that aims to give leaders, their colleagues and direct reports the ability to analyze the health of their organization, the team’s effectiveness and unity, how to identify immediate areas of improvement for any of the team’s action related items and achieve results as a team. Patrick Lencioni, founder and president of The Table Group, specializing in executive team development and organizational health, authored the book, which was later developed into a workshop. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team® is a New York Times best seller and is part of six nationally recognized books in America.
● The Accountability Experience®
An organization’s workforce remains the most powerful competitive edge a company has. Individuals who see themselves as accountable seek clarity through making and negotiating clear agreements with others. Accountability shrinks the gap between expectations and what’s delivered. In this workshop, learners will discover the powerful personal and organizational benefits of individual accountability and the strategies to make it happen.
