PeopleSparx, Inc. is a young and highly dynamic organization founded on its core philosophy of providing solutions and services, which helps ‘unleash the magic in people’. We believe that every individual, team and organization is inherently good and has immense potential for growth. It is our goal then, as an organization to work with our partners, to help them find this ‘magic’ and help them attain their goals. The team is comprised of highly skilled professionals with very diverse professional backgrounds from management, marketing & sales, and training & development fields. Combined, we have over fifty (50) years of professional experience having worked for large multinationals and local corporations (i.e. Coca-Cola, Nestle, MasterCard, DHL (Philippines and South East Asia), Guthrie-Jensen and prominent educational institutions.

We are proudly the authorized partner of Pfeiffer-Wiley in the Philippines, providing us the rights to deliver their leading world-class training programs and distribute materials and resources for training and development. We are a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and an active member of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P).
